Suraj Sandhu was inspired when he saw Kei Muira's Rocket Bunny FR-S V1, and that inspiration is what prompted him to pick up a 2015 Scion FR-S, saying that the car looks like it was made for the kit. After sourcing all the parts he needed, he managed to complete all the work himself just in time to showcase his car at the 2017 Importfest show in Toronto.

Pat Cyr has owned a handful of Toyota AE86 cars, including the 1986 chassis you see here. The car was originally purchased as a spare racecar (chassis), but ended up sitting in the shop and not being used for a long time. When Toyota Canada approached Cyr and his team to build a dream AE86 in 86 days, he knew just where to start. In those 86 days, Cyr and his team took the 1986 Corolla from a bare chassis to a perfect street car.
