Tommy Delgado always wanted to build himself a Honda Civic, but he wanted it to be a little different and stand out from the rest. He wanted people to look at his Civic and acknowledge it was better looking than most. After a handful of mods both inside and out, he's transformed his 2000 Honda Civic hatchback to a new vehicle.
